Student Services Jobs at UMGC may include:

  • Coordinator, Graduation Service: The coordinator will audit the official evaluation to assure all graduation requirements are met including bench marks such as cumulative GPA, GPA within a major, appropriate course substitutes are documented, and any exceptions are duly noted. This role also involves assisting the Registrar Student Services (RSS) unit with transcript orders/issues, record reconstruction, CRM cases and phone/email correspondence.
