Salesforce Associate Solution Architect

Location: Adelphi, MD (Hybrid)

Associate Salesforce Solution Architect works alongside our Architect team to drive, design, delegate and implement Salesforce declarative solutions for individual enhancement requests, defects and small to mid-size projects. This forward-thinking, action-oriented individual helps drive the implementation and development of innovative, cutting-edge solutions.

This position supports design and implementation of a global CRM/Salesforce roadmap. He/she/they must be a highly motivated, quality-driven engineering architect for the team. This individual will consistently deliver solutions meeting the highest standards. While strategic thinking and coordination are important elements of this role, this individual will be required to take a very hands-on role with requirements, design, development, testing, deliverable preparation and other related activities across various digital platform teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze cross-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via Salesforce enablement

  • Ability to apply Salesforce declarative platform technology to develop

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and increased efficiency within small to intermediate complex Salesforce projects

  • Assess and develop high level design requirements and communicate the same with development teams

  • Evaluate possible application performance bottle necks at early stages of the implementation & recommend remedial measure

  • Develop and author technical business solutions, technical architecture diagrams, product presentations, demonstrations, data flow diagrams and other documentation to review with business and technical stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with experienced Salesforce architects to design and implement cutting-edge solutions tailored to their customers' needs

  • Provide hands-on design leadership in small or intermediate complex Salesforce projects involving application configuration using declarative solutions

  • Provide guidance and technical leadership and mentoring to a team of Salesforce administrators to follow best practices and coding standards

Education & Experience Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce senior administrator

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing solutions using the Salesforce platform

  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM-201) certified

  • Salesforce.com advanced admin certification and at least one consultant certification is a plus

  • Experienced in Salesforce Data migrations with native tools such as Data Loader and 3rd party tools (MuleSoft, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

  • Strong experience in Salesforce implementation for full-lifecycle enterprise software projects

  • Experience with Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, EDA, Admissions Connect, Student Success Hub, Education Cloud

  • Ability to gather and document complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills

Hiring Range:

$129,200.00 - $148,800.00
