Summary: 

The Senior Business Process Analyst leads discovery and intake activities, to elicit information, develop strategic plans for improvement opportunities, programs, and future project work. As part of the Business Process & Analysis team this role must be able to work effectively with executive level customer and peer groups, requiring expert level skill sets in communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management. This position will work closely with the assigned business areas to document processes and re-engineer process for improvement and department efficiencies and will be Subject Matter Expert in their assigned business areas and it's supporting tools and platforms.  Additionally, this role will work with Product Managers/ Owners, and platform teams to stay in alignment with operational roadmaps and prioritized work initiatives. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop Problem Statements and Business Cases, helping business leaders and other teams to define business goals and needs  

  • Organize and scope initiatives / intake into strategically manageable and related work streams or projects in partnership with program/portfolio managers.  

  • Define and analyze issues to be resolved, advising best course of action to improvement from experience and precedent.   

  • Assess business process and practices to identify problems and improvement initiatives, by performing strategic analysis, process reviews and assessments.   

  • Use value focused analysis to lead and participate in continuous Improvement initiatives as assigned.  

  • Productively facilitate and elicit discovery and intake information.   

  • Champion change, leading initiatives through intake and discovery phases   

  • Partner with Project and Program managers to foster a team culture of support and collaboration.   

  • Conduct intake activities working with senior leaders to understand the needs and future direction for the company and team.  

  • Analyze and organize initiatives from strategy, funneling them into the execution, operations, or project phases.   

  • Review processes and procedures on an on-going basis for quality, accuracy, continual improvements, and business operational and production efficiency.   

  • Estimate ROI & Cost Benefit Analysis  

  • Analyze, translate data and information into actionable insights for process improvement and inform data driven decision making  

  • Establishes regular reports and metrics to monitor progress to goals and identify gaps  

  • Performs related work as assigned or required. 

Skills

  • 8+ years of Business Process Improvement or Business Analysis experience working in a technology professional services product or consulting environment with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value.   

  • Understanding and experience in Scaled Agile methodology.  

  • Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on solving problems and delivering innovative solutions to customers.  

  • Exercise sound judgment with respect to the relative importance, priorities, time allocation and resource requirements.  

  • Commitment to becoming proficient in partner and technology applications that support key customer deployments.  

  • Present recommendations in a thoughtful and convincing manner.  

  • Excellent interpersonal skills as a collaborator and communicator with stakeholders at all levels.  

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced constantly changing environment.  

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.  

  • Ability to establish milestones and deliverables to manage customer expectations and ensure program and product success consistently and effectively.  

  • Ability to successfully navigate at a leadership level across multiple executive stakeholder groups  

  • Expert facilitation skills required and the ability to facilitate and advise to senior leaders

Education:  

  • Bachelor's Degree

Hiring Range:

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00
