  • Partner closely with QA Automation resources to identify automation candidates, gaps, and opportunities to improve test coverage.

  • Provide well-structured manual test cases and scenarios that can be leveraged for future automation.

  • Participate in automation-related discussions to understand framework design, coverage strategy, and execution results.

  • Use automation results to supplement manual testing and support release confidence.

  • Validate adherence to digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) for AEM websites.

  • Collaborate with accessibility specialists and developers to validate remediation and prevent regressions.

  • Leverage automated accessibility testing outputs and conduct manual accessibility validation where required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with AEM developers, content authors, UX designers, business analysts, product owners, and architects to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and met.

  • Review functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, integration designs, and technical documentation.

  • Provide feedback during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and design discussions from a quality and risk perspective.

  • Conduct peer reviews of test plans and test cases.

  • Provide test execution demos and walkthroughs to business stakeholders and UAT participants.

  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives).

  • Communicate testing status, risks, dependencies, and quality concerns clearly to scrum teams and leadership.

  • Support release readiness, including validation of deployment activities and providing QA sign-off.

  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring adherence to the UAT framework and strong partnership with business stakeholders.

  • Assist with production issue triage, validation of fixes, and post-release verification.

Required Qualifications:
